Carmen is an extraordinary leader.  She continues to support and coach several Delaware Toastmaster clubs.  She has planned and organized district conferences and serves as a great role model for many Toastmasters.  As a member of Caesar Rodney Toastmaster (CRTM) club, she is the heart and soul of the club. 

Additionally, an immigrant herself, Carmen understands the importance of education.  She and her husband are actively involved in Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware.  Both of them tirelessly participate in annual scholarship fundraising events for Caribbean youths.

I have known Carmen Lee Pow since the mid 1990’s, she is a Distinguished Toastmaster and Past District Governor, who is widely-regarded as among the most influential leaders in our organization, and in the state of Delaware. There is no question in my mind that our organization would not have its presence or effectiveness it has without Carmen’s direct and indirect contributions.
