Carmen Lee-Pow is a keynote, inspirational and motivational speaker in the Delmarva Peninsula. She has presented professional communication workshops to executive management, corporations, to private, public and government organizations, as well as for-profit and nonprofit organizations such as: Delaware  Technical  College, Public Allies,  AmeriCorps of Delaware, New York Chiropractic College, Chamber of Commerce, Astra-
   
Zeneca, Women in Research & Development, just to name a few. She is a member of Toastmasters International, a worldwide Communication and Leadership organization and holds the highest Toastmasters certification, that of Distinguished Toastmaster. She is also the recipient of Toastmasters highest honor “A Presidential Citation.” She is a Past District Governor, and received several awards for Excellence in Leadership; Education and Training and Marketing. She has had a successful career as the Senior International Life Insurance Underwriter and Trainer with American Life Insurance Company, (ALICO/AIG) during a career spanning 33 years. She is currently the President of Motivated Communicators, which presents workshops on Overcoming and Changing Communication Challenges.

She is a founding member and Past President of (TTCAD) - Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware. A Non-Profit organization that provides 
 
scholarships to children of Caribbean Heritage. A Past Board Member of Delaware Nature Society, and other Non-Profit Organizations in Delaware, and a member and mentor to several Toastmasters Clubs in Delaware/District-18.
